The selection process will conclude at the General Meeting of Shareholders, which is set to convene on May 15, 2026, at 03:00 PM. To ensure accessibility, the meeting will be held through Video Conferencing (VC) and Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM).

Withdrawal of Nominations
The bank has provided a window for candidates who may wish to withdraw their candidacy. Any formal request for withdrawal must be submitted in physical form to the Managing Director (Corporate Banking & Subsidiaries) at the Corporate Centre, State Bank Bhavan, Mumbai. The deadline for such requests is May 11, 2026, by 05:00 PM.
