In accordance with regulatory requirements, Star Health and Allied Insurance has confirmed that Mr. Utpal Hemendra Sheth (DIN: 00081012) is not debarred from holding the office of director by any SEBI order or disqualified under the provisions of Section 164 of the Companies Act, 2013.
