Fundraising Plans Deferred
In a notable decision, Star Cement has decided not to proceed with its previously proposed fund-raising plan of up to ₹1,500 crore at this time. This decision was made after considering the prevailing geopolitical situation, capital market conditions, and the company’s capital expenditure requirements. The company assured that this deferment will not adversely affect the implementation of ongoing projects, as funding will be arranged through internal accruals and bank borrowings.

The independent auditor’s review reports on the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, were also submitted. The auditors have concluded that the financial results are presented fairly, in all material respects, in accordance with applicable Indian Accounting Standards and the SEBI Listing Regulations.
