SPR Auto Technologies Limited, formerly known as Shriram Pistons & Rings Limited, announced today, August 20, 2026, the successful closure of its Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP). This strategic move has raised approximately ₹9,99,99,97,440.00 (Rupees Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Crore Ninety-Nine Lakh Ninety-Seven Thousand Four Hundred Forty Only).

Issue Details and Allotment

The QIP involved the issuance and allotment of 23,36,448 equity shares of face value ₹10 each. These shares were allocated to 45 institutional investors at an issue price of ₹4,280.00 per equity share. This price reflects a discount of ₹158.20 from the floor price, representing 3.56% of the floor price.

The meeting of the Finance and Investment Committee, held on August 20, 2026, approved the issue and allotment of these shares. The committee meeting commenced at 10:15 PM and concluded at 10:25 PM.

Impact on Paid-Up Capital

Following this allotment, the company’s paid-up equity share capital has increased to ₹46,38,62,720.00, now comprising 4,63,86,272 equity shares of face value ₹10 each.
