M/s Dhadda and Associates is described as a peer-reviewed Chartered Accountancy Firm established in 2012 with a PAN-India presence, offering services including audit, assurance, and valuation.

Reason for Resignation

The resignation of M/s G.R. Gupta & Company was cited as being due to reasons mentioned in their intention letter. An attached annexure clarifies that it was ‘Not commercially viable to continue as Statutory Auditor at the fee previously paid.’ The auditor also confirmed issuing their limited review report for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, prior to their resignation.
