Sparkle Gold Rock Limited is set to propose a significant increase in its authorized share capital to ₹20,200 crore and an enhanced borrowing limit of ₹100 crore at its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). These proposals are aimed at facilitating future expansion plans, exploring new business segments through acquisitions, and strengthening the company’s financial flexibility.
Proposed Share Capital Increase
Sparkle Gold Rock Limited has announced its intention to seek shareholder approval for a substantial increase in its authorized share capital. Currently at ₹20 crore, the proposed hike aims to elevate it to ₹20,200 crore. This move is strategically designed to accommodate future equity issuances, support the company’s growth aspirations, and enable entry into new business areas via acquisitions and strategic partnerships.
Enhanced Borrowing Powers
In conjunction with the capital expansion, the company also plans to seek approval for an enhanced borrowing limit of up to ₹100 crore. This includes fund-based facilities of up to ₹60 crore and non-fund based facilities of up to ₹40 crore. The increased borrowing capacity is intended to support expanding business activities, fund future strategic requirements, and provide financial robustness.
AGM Agenda
These proposals, along with other routine matters such as the adoption of financial statements and the appointment of statutory auditors, will be presented for approval at the 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for September 30, 2026. The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) or other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM).
