Incoming Leadership
Effective May 9, 2026, Mr. Rajsekhar Datta Roy will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer for a term of three years. Known as ‘Raj’, the incoming CEO brings over three decades of extensive industry experience to the leadership team.

Prior to his appointment as CEO, Mr. Datta Roy served as the company’s Chief Delivery Officer. He has been instrumental in scaling global delivery groups and expanding the organization’s Microsoft and Dynamics practices. Most recently, he has played a pivotal role in driving the company’s evolution into an AI-first organization, spearheading initiatives such as the development of Sonata Harmoni.AI and focusing on improving operational margins through technology-led efficiencies.
