The company reported a consolidated revenue of ₹2,012.8 crore, marking an impressive 77.9% year-over-year (YoY) increase from ₹1,131.2 crore in the same period last year. This growth was attributed to sustained demand from organised jewellery retailers, increased traction in lightweight and value-added jewellery, and efficient manufacturing operations.

Profitability also saw significant improvements. Reported Profit After Tax (PAT) grew by 140.7% YoY to ₹104.9 crore, up from ₹43.6 crore in Q1 FY26. Consequently, PAT Margin increased to 5.2% compared to 3.9% in the prior year’s quarter. EBITDA rose by 119.6% YoY to ₹156.7 crore, with EBITDA Margin at 7.8%.

Strategic Growth Drivers and International Expansion
Commenting on the results, Mr. Mangesh Chauhan, Managing Director, stated, “The jewellery industry is moving towards organised players, design-led consumption and more capital-efficient growth. Sky Gold is well positioned to benefit from this shift… Q1FY27 has been a strong start to the year, with robust growth and sustained margin improvement reflecting disciplined execution and achieving operating efficiency for scale.”
The company’s strategy includes strengthening leadership with the appointment of Mr. Akash Talesara as CEO, offering ESOPs to employees, focusing on high-margin categories, and expanding its international presence. A recent showcase at the Asiana UK-India Jewellery Expo in London generated strong buyer interest, resulting in an order book of ₹30–45 crore, bolstering the company’s export momentum.
Looking ahead, Sky Gold aims to achieve revenues of over ₹8,100 crore for FY27, focusing on balancing sales growth, profitability, and cash flow generation through a disciplined approach.
