Skipper Limited Record-Breaking Annual Performance and Highest-Ever Order Inflow in FY’26

Skipper Limited has delivered a historic performance for FY’26, achieving its highest-ever annual revenue of Rs 55,528 million and a record profit after tax of Rs 2,073 million. The company’s closing order book reached an all-time high of Rs 85,019 million, supported by Rs 56,780 million in new annual order inflows. These results, driven by strong execution and robust growth across all business segments, underscore the company’s resilience and leadership in the global transmission sector.

Financial Performance Milestones

For the quarter ended 31st March 2026, Skipper Limited reported a revenue of Rs 16,666 million, representing a 29.4% growth compared to the same period in the previous year. The company’s EBITDA for the quarter surged by 40.2% to Rs 1,734 million, with margins improving to 10.4%. The annual performance was equally impressive, with a 20.1% revenue growth to Rs 55,528 million and a 42.2% increase in profit after tax, totaling Rs 2,073 million.

Robust Order Book and Pipeline

The company achieved its highest-ever annual order inflow of Rs 56,780 million during FY’26. Consequently, the year-end closing order book stands at a record Rs 85,019 million. This backlog is well-diversified and provides significant multi-year revenue visibility. Furthermore, the company maintains an all-time high bidding pipeline of over Rs 33,000 million, driven by massive domestic and international demand in the power transmission and distribution sector.

Strategic Growth and Operational Highlights

Skipper Limited continues to strengthen its global footprint, currently executing approximately 5,000 circuit kilometers of EHV & HVDC transmission line work. The company secured a major multi-million dollar contract in the North American market, its largest to date. Additionally, the company successfully commissioned four 765 Kv projects measuring 940 ckm during the year. With ongoing capacity expansions targeting 450,000 MTPA by June 2026, the company is well-positioned to capitalize on the sustained structural tailwinds in the global energy transition and infrastructure sectors.

Market Leadership and Innovation

A key milestone in the company’s FY’26 journey was the commissioning of Test Bed 2, making Skipper the world’s only company with dual test bed facilities, complemented by a first-of-its-kind integrated tower testing setup for lattice towers and monopoles. The company also set a new industry benchmark by prototyping and testing the world’s heaviest transmission tower, weighing 293 MT. These technological advancements, coupled with successful SAP S4 HANA RISE implementation and a 5th consecutive ‘Great Place to Work’ certification, demonstrate the company’s commitment to operational excellence and sustainable, scalable growth.
