Skipper Limited has announced that Acuite Ratings & Research Limited has officially withdrawn the company’s credit ratings. The withdrawal, communicated via a press release on April 21, 2026, affects both long-term and short-term credit facilities. This administrative action concludes the rating coverage for various debt instruments, which previously included ratings of Acuite A and Acuite A1 for facilities totaling over ₹3,400 crore.

Following a recent assessment by Acuite Ratings & Research Limited, the credit ratings previously assigned to Skipper Limited have been formally withdrawn. The decision encompasses multiple credit categories, effective from April 21, 2026. The action reflects a change in the rating coverage status for the company’s existing financial instruments.

Affected Credit Facilities

The withdrawal impacts several categories of credit facilities held by the company. Specifically, long-term ratings previously standing at Acuite A for a combined value of ₹853.44 crore have been withdrawn. Additionally, the short-term rating of Acuite A1, applicable to facilities valued at ₹2,579.56 crore, has also been discontinued. The company has formally acknowledged these changes as part of its ongoing communication with stakeholders regarding its financial profiles.
