SJVN Limited has announced its audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026. The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹0.35 per equity share, in addition to the interim dividend of ₹1.15 per share already paid, totaling ₹1.50 per share for the fiscal year. The company reported a robust standalone net profit of ₹1,007.90 crore for the full financial year.
Annual Financial Performance
For the financial year ended March 31, 2026, SJVN Limited achieved a standalone revenue from operations of ₹3,544.52 crore. The net profit for the year stood at ₹1,007.90 crore, compared to ₹970.18 crore in the previous fiscal year. Consolidated performance reflected a total revenue from operations of ₹4,528.29 crore for the same period.
Dividend Payout
The Board has recommended a final dividend of ₹0.35 per equity share (face value of ₹10 each) for the 2025-26 financial year. This is in addition to the interim dividend of ₹1.15 per share declared in February 2026. The total dividend payout for the year amounts to ₹1.50 per share, surpassing the previous year’s total of ₹1.46 per share. The final dividend payout is subject to approval by shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
Key Project and Operational Updates
The company continues to advance its portfolio, with several solar power projects, including the 1,000 MW Bikaner Solar Power Plant and the 70 MW Dhubri Solar Power Plant, achieving commercial operation during the fiscal year. Additionally, the first unit of the 1,320 MW Buxar Thermal Power Project was successfully commissioned.
SJVN remains actively engaged in resolving project-related matters, including those involving hydro projects in Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh, while maintaining focus on its core objective of power generation and sales.
