Siemens Energy India Limited demonstrated strong operational performance during the second quarter of the 2026 fiscal year. The company recorded revenue from operations of INR 2,394 crore, marking a substantial increase of 27.4% compared to the same quarter last year. Profit after tax reached INR 375 crore, reflecting a year-on-year increase of 52.4%. For the half-year ended March 31, 2026, the company reported a cumulative revenue of INR 4,305 crore with a profit after tax of INR 689 crore.

Segment-wise Performance

The company’s results show growth across its primary business segments. The Power Transmission segment generated INR 12,792 crore in revenue for the quarter, while the Power Generation segment contributed INR 11,149 crore. Combined, these segments drove the company’s total profit from operations to INR 4,636 crore for the quarter. Efficiency gains were noted in the profit from operations percentage, which improved to 19.4%, driven by disciplined order execution and better operating leverage.

Operational Outlook

The company’s order backlog remains a key indicator of future growth, standing at INR 18,433 crore, an increase of 22.2% over the previous year. Management attributed this performance to sustained momentum in the Indian market, particularly in sectors related to electrification, decarbonization, and energy security. The company continues to focus on value creation and is actively pursuing capacity expansions to support India’s long-term growth journey.
