The company has appointed Ms. Manvi Arora as the new Execution Unit Finance Head for Grid Technologies – Grid Solutions. She will hold this new role alongside her current responsibilities in the Gas Services business. Ms. Arora, who has been associated with the Siemens group for over 3 years, will continue to serve as the Execution Unit Finance Head for Gas Services until further notice.

Ms. Arora brings over 18 years of expertise in business finance, strategic planning, and M&A advisory. A Chartered Accountant by profession, she has previously held leadership positions at Hindustan Media Ventures and KPMG India. In her current tenure, she is responsible for the financial performance and internal controls of the Gas Services business unit.
Updates to Management Roles
Consequent to this transition, Mr. Mrinal Ghosh will conclude his interim tenure as the Execution Unit Finance Head for Grid Technologies – Grid Solutions at the close of business on May 31, 2026. Mr. Ghosh will continue his dedicated role as the Execution Unit Finance Head for Steam Turbines & Generators and remains a vital member of the company’s senior management personnel.
