The board also formally noted the resignation of Mr. Shailesh Surendra Kamdar from the position of Non-Executive Independent Director, effective 12th August 2026. The company stated that Mr. Kamdar’s resignation is due to an increase in other professional commitments. He will also cease to be a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

Furthermore, the board approved the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June 2026. These results, along with the Limited Review Report from the company’s statutory auditors, have been submitted as required.
