This follows a loss of ₹(175.13) lakhs in the preceding quarter (ended March 31, 2026) and a loss of ₹(69.91) lakhs in the corresponding quarter of the previous year (ended June 30, 2025).
Total revenue from operations for the quarter stood at ₹376.14 lakhs, a decrease from ₹333.08 lakhs in the previous quarter and significantly lower than ₹1,386.08 lakhs in the same quarter of the prior year. Total expenses for the quarter amounted to ₹477.40 lakhs.
Material Uncertainty Regarding Going Concern
The independent auditors, Doogar & Associates, have raised a concern regarding the company’s ability to continue as a going concern. The report states that the company has continuously incurred losses for past several years, and for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, the net loss was ₹77.83 lakhs. Furthermore, current liabilities exceeded current assets. While management believes the going concern basis is appropriate based on future projections, the auditors highlight this as a material uncertainty that may cast significant doubt.
