New Independent Directors Appointed
To strengthen its board composition, the company has inducted three new Independent Directors for terms beginning June 6, 2026. Ms. Hiroo Mirchandani joins the board for a five-year term, bringing three decades of operational experience in customer-facing businesses and extensive board expertise. Mr. Rajeev Srivastava, a seasoned global executive with over four decades of experience in the technology and energy sectors, has also been appointed for a five-year term. Additionally, Mr. Sudhir Shenoy, an industry veteran with over 35 years of experience in the chemicals and materials science sector, will serve a three-year term.
Strategic Leadership Continuity
The board has prioritized long-term continuity by re-appointing four core leaders to their respective roles for a new five-year tenure, effective April 1, 2027. Mr. Rahul Gautam will continue to serve as the Chairman and Managing Director. Alongside him, Ms. Namita Gautam has been re-appointed as a Whole-Time Director, Mr. Rakesh Chahar as the Deputy Managing Director (Whole Time Director), and Mr. Tushaar Gautam as the Vice Chairman and Joint Managing Director.
