Share India Securities Limited has formally notified its debenture holders of the early redemption of its outstanding Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs). This strategic financial move involves two series of NCDs: Series A and Series B.

Series A NCDs

The company will redeem 5,000 Series A NCDs, each with a face value of ₹37,500/-. The aggregate principal amount outstanding for this series is ₹18,75,00,000/- (₹18.75 crore). The ISIN for these NCDs is INE932X07023.

Series B NCDs

Additionally, 4,990 Series B NCDs, each with a face value of ₹1,00,000/-, will be redeemed. The aggregate principal amount outstanding for this series stands at ₹49,90,00,000/- (₹49.90 crore). These NCDs are identified by ISIN INE932X07015.

Key Redemption Details

The early redemption is scheduled for September 30, 2026, which is prior to their original maturity date of June 10, 2027. This action is being undertaken in accordance with the terms of the Issue Documents and with the requisite consent obtained from the NCD holders during a meeting held on September 1, 2026. The last trading date for these NCDs on BSE Limited is set for September 11, 2026. NCD holders are advised to ensure their bank account details with their Depository Participant are accurate for timely payment of the redemption amount and accrued interest.

Tax Implications

Interest and accrued interest payable on these NCDs will be subject to deduction of tax at source (TDS) as per the Income Tax Act. Eligible holders seeking exemption or a lower TDS rate are required to submit a duly verified Form 121 and a self-attested copy of their PAN card by September 23, 2026.
