The company reported a 13% year-on-year increase in total revenue for Q2 FY27, reaching ₹1,052 crore. EBITDA also saw a significant jump of 18% to ₹164 crore. For the half-year, total revenue grew 11% to ₹2,125 crore, with EBITDA increasing by 22% to ₹343 crore.

Sharda Cropchem Limited has released its financial results for the second quarter and the first half of the fiscal year ending September 30, 2026. The company demonstrated robust growth across key financial metrics, reflecting its strategic market positioning and operational efficiencies.
Q2 FY27 Financial Highlights
For the second quarter of FY27, Sharda Cropchem recorded a Total Revenue of ₹1,052 crore, an increase of 13% compared to the same period last year. The Agro-chemical segment contributed ₹840 crore (up 5% YoY), while the Non Agro-chemical segment reported ₹212 crore (up 68% YoY). Gross Profit stood at ₹378 crore (up 18% YoY), and EBITDA rose to ₹164 crore, also an 18% increase YoY. The EBITDA Margin improved to 15.6%.
H1 FY27 Financial Highlights
In the first half of FY27, the company’s Total Revenue reached ₹2,125 crore, marking an 11% increase year-on-year. The Agro-chemical segment generated ₹1,755 crore (up 6% YoY), and the Non Agro-chemical segment contributed ₹371 crore (up 40% YoY). Gross Profit for H1 FY27 was ₹772 crore (up 15% YoY), with EBITDA at ₹343 crore (up 22% YoY). The EBITDA Margin for the half-year was 16.1%.
Product and Region-wise Performance
Product-wise, Herbicides generated ₹432 crore in Q2 FY27, Insecticides ₹263 crore, and Fungicides ₹144 crore. Regionally for Agro, Europe contributed ₹429 crore, NAFTA ₹227 crore, and LATAM ₹128 crore in Q2 FY27. In the Non-Agro segment for Q2 FY27, NAFTA was the largest contributor with ₹152 crore.
Balance Sheet and Cash Flow
The Balance Sheet as of September 26 shows Total Equity of ₹3,250.5 crore and Total Assets of ₹5,659.1 crore. The company also reported a Closing Cash Balance of ₹299.0 crore for Sep-26.
