The company also plans to expand its business into the food and beverage sector, encompassing food processing, packaging, and service operations. Strategic Business Evolution Approved

The Board of Directors of Shantai Industries Limited convened on August 10, 2026, approving key strategic initiatives aimed at future growth and diversification. A central resolution was the proposed change of the company’s name from ‘Shantai Industries Limited’ to ‘Radhe Dhokla Retail Limited’. This name change is contingent upon the approval of the company’s shareholders and the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, along with necessary amendments to the Memorandum and Articles of Association.

Expansion into Food and Beverage Sector

In line with its long-term business expansion and diversification strategy, the Board also approved the alteration of the company’s Object Clause to enable undertaking business activities within the food and beverage sector. This includes venturing into food processing, packaging, and food service operations. This strategic move is set to explore new growth opportunities and broaden the company’s operational scope.

Director Appointments and Financial Results

Additionally, the Board approved the appointment of four individuals as Additional Directors: Mr. Jinesh Kanaiyalal Pandav, Mr. Nikunj Vijaybhai Prajapati, and Mr. Dishant Kanubhai Pandav as Executive Directors, and Mr. Keyur Gordhanbhai Kaklotar as a Non-Executive Independent Director. All appointments are for a term of five consecutive years, subject to shareholder approval. The Board also considered and approved the standalone unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with the limited review report.
