Despite the competitive landscape, the company continues to see growth in its core segments, including Cardiovascular, Oral anti-Diabetes, and the Central Nervous System. The company’s leadership highlighted a 14% registered growth vs the previous quarter and 19% registered growth vs last year, emphasizing the essential role of insulin in comprehensive diabetes care. The company remains focused on operational excellence and expanding access to both established and innovative therapies throughout India.

Leadership Transitions

The company announced significant changes to its Board of Directors. The tenure of Independent Directors Mr. Aditya Narayan and Mrs. Usha Thorat will conclude at the close of business hours on April 29, 2026. Following these departures, the Board has appointed Mr. Rahul Bhatnagar as the new Chairman of the Board, effective April 30, 2026. Furthermore, the company has completed a re-constitution of its key committees, including the Audit, Nomination and Remuneration, Stakeholders Relationship, Risk Management, and Corporate Social Responsibility committees.
