The company has been actively engaged in debt and capital raising activities:

  • Raised U.S.$300 million through Senior Secured Social Bonds due 2028 during the quarter.
  • Raised an additional U.S.$450 million through Senior Secured Social Bonds due 2030, subsequent to the quarter.
  • Received board approval for a preferential issue to Avenir Investment RSC Ltd, potentially raising approximately INR 88,499.99 million, subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals.

Merger Update

Sammaan Capital and its six wholly-owned subsidiaries are progressing with their merger. The matter is currently pending before the NCLT, Delhi.

RBI Categorization

The Reserve Bank of India has categorized Sammaan Capital in the Upper Layer (NBFC-UL) under Scale Based Regulations (SBR). This designation came into effect from September 30, 2022.

Earnings per Share (EPS)

The basic and diluted earnings per share (EPS) from continuing operations is ₹3.79.
