Sammaan Capital: Q1FY27 AUM Hits ₹56,239 Crore, PAT ₹243 Crore

Sammaan Capital Limited has reported robust financial results for the first quarter of FY27, marking its initial full quarter as part of the IHC Group. Assets Under Management (AUM) grew to ₹56,239 Crore. The company also posted a consolidated Profit After Tax (PAT) of ₹243 Crore and saw its credit ratings upgraded to AA+. Sammaan Capital Reports Strong Q1FY27 Performance

Sammaan Capital Limited, a prominent non-banking financial company (NBFC), announced its financial results for the first quarter of the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026 (Q1FY27). This marks a significant milestone as the company’s first full quarter operating under the IHC Group, indicating a period of transformational growth.

Key Financial Highlights

The company reported a substantial increase in Assets Under Management (AUM), which grew to ₹56,239 Crore from ₹53,160 Crore in the previous quarter (Q4FY26). Disbursements for Q1FY27 reached ₹3,875 Crore across five products, demonstrating diversified growth. Consolidated Profit After Tax (PAT) stood at a healthy ₹243 Crore. The gearing ratio was reported at 1.8x, with a net NPA of 0.15% and a capital adequacy of 20.1%.

Operational Achievements and Outlook

Sammaan Capital maintained a growth-focused approach within prudent risk guardrails, actively pursuing both organic and inorganic growth opportunities. A significant achievement during the quarter was the upgrade of its credit ratings to AA+ (Stable) by CRISIL, CARE, and ICRA, and an international rating upgrade to BB- (Stable) by S&P Global. The company also observed a steady reduction in stock borrowing costs and is strengthening its leadership team with key senior hires to support new product launches and accelerate business growth. Furthermore, Sammaan Capital identified 53 AI use cases for phased implementation and initiated AI-ready infrastructure, including a unified loan origination platform and cloud infrastructure.
