Revenue Per Available Room (RevPAR) grew by 14.3%, fueled by a 9.2% increase in Average Daily Rate (ARR). Domestic travellers, constituting approximately 80% of room nights sold, proved to be a resilient customer segment amid geopolitical uncertainties.

Building for Future Growth
SAMHI Hotels is actively engaged in expanding its portfolio, with plans to open the W Hotel in Hyderabad in the next fiscal year. The company has secured a pipeline for approximately 1,700 new rooms through FY2031, focusing on acquisitions in core markets at a discount to replacement cost.
The company also noted a modest investment in RARE and ongoing discussions with Marriott to build a strong platform in experience-led leisure. Looking ahead, SAMHI expects H2 FY27 to be operationally stronger, with incremental EBITDA expected to translate into free cash flow, enabling internal funding of future growth investments.
