Effective April 21, 2026, the company has shifted its operations from Adroit Corporate Services Private Limited to MUFG Intime India Private Limited. This change ensures continued electronic connectivity for the company’s stakeholders and shareholders, following confirmations from national depositories.
Transitioning Registrar Services
Following a previous announcement made on February 10, 2026, Safari Industries (India) has completed the procedural change of its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA). As of the beginning of the day on April 21, 2026, MUFG Intime India Private Limited has officially assumed the role of the company’s RTA, replacing Adroit Corporate Services Private Limited.
Operational Continuity
The transition process was verified through communications from both major national depositories, ensuring that electronic connectivity remains seamless for all shareholders. While Adroit Corporate Services Private Limited ceased its functions as the RTA on April 21, 2026, the company is set to finalize a tripartite agreement between the outgoing RTA, the incoming RTA, and Safari Industries to formalize the handover process. Shareholders and market participants are advised to note this change in agent for all future registry-related matters.
