Financial Performance Overview

For the fiscal year 2025-26, Route Mobile achieved a total revenue of ₹44,082 million. The company demonstrated operational efficiency, delivering an EBITDA of ₹5,259 million and maintaining a strong cash position of ₹13,887 million as of March 31, 2026. The board has also proposed a final dividend of ₹2 per share to reward its shareholders.

Q4 25-26 Performance Highlights

In the final quarter of the fiscal year, the company reported revenue growth of 2.2% quarter-on-quarter. Gross profit margins showed significant improvement, reaching 23.3% compared to 19.3% in the same quarter last year. Adjusted PAT for the quarter rose to ₹1,144 million, reflecting an 11.6% quarter-on-quarter increase. The quarter’s results were bolstered by a sustained focus on domestic markets, particularly India, and successful retention of high-margin traffic.

Global Operational Scale

Route Mobile maintains a comprehensive global infrastructure, featuring 280+ direct MNO connects and access to over 900 MNOs. The company now supports more than 3,100 active billable clients across 20+ locations. This extensive network is supported by 20+ data centers and 6 SMSCs, enabling the processing of 174.9 billion billable transactions during the fiscal year.

Product Innovation and Strategy

The company continues to expand its product portfolio, with new product revenue growing by 11.3% year-on-year to reach ₹3,526 million in FY 25-26. A key success story involves its work with global dining brands in the Middle East and North Africa, where the integration of WhatsApp for business led to a 30% increase in orders and a 2x reduction in delivery times through precision geolocation and secure communication tools.
