The company’s Board of Directors has approved a 50% increase in its manufacturing capacity at its existing facility in Ahmedgarh. This expansion is a direct response to the rising customer demand across its core markets.

Investment and Financing Details

The total capital expenditure for this expansion project is estimated at ₹7 crore. The financing will be secured through a balanced mix of long-term bank loans, amounting to approximately ₹1 crore, and internal accruals, contributing the remaining ₹6 crore. This strategic investment is aimed at strengthening the company’s market share and enhancing operating margins.

Project Timeline and Impact

The expansion project is scheduled to be completed within approximately 8 months. Commercial operations are targeted to commence by Q1 FY27-28. The company anticipates that this move will allow it to better serve its key domestic clients with high-quality products and sustain revenue growth.
