RITES Limited Announces Strong Q1 FY27 Performance
RITES Limited, a leading engineering consultancy organization, has released its financial results for the first quarter of the financial year 2027, ending on June 30, 2026. The company demonstrated positive growth, with consolidated total revenue increasing by 9.6% to ₹561 crore compared to the same period in the previous year. This growth was supported by a healthy momentum across its key business segments, including turnkey, leasing, consultancy, and energy.
Financial Highlights
On a consolidated basis, operating revenue grew by 8.6% to ₹490 crore. Profit after tax (PAT) also saw an increase of 7.7% to ₹91 crore. Standalone total revenue rose by 10.3% to ₹525 crore, with operating revenue up by 9.2% to ₹456 crore. Standalone PAT increased by 7.7% to ₹98 crore.
Order Book Strength
The company’s order book remains a strong indicator of future revenue, standing at an impressive ₹9,445 crore as of June 30, 2026. This includes a significant contribution from Turnkey projects amounting to ₹4,718 crore and Consultancy projects at ₹2,597 crore. In Q1FY27, RITES secured 120+ projects with extensions, totaling ₹674 crore.
Segmental Performance
In terms of segmental revenue for Q1FY27 (Standalone), Consultancy led with ₹272 crore, followed by Turnkey at ₹176 crore. Lease revenue was ₹49 crore, and Other Income was ₹27 crore. The company noted that better execution contributed to the increase in Turnkey revenue, while higher utilization drove Leasing revenue. Export revenue is expected to pick up from Q2 onwards.

RITES continues to focus on employee productivity and expertise. The company boasts a team of senior management with over 30 years of average experience, along with experts in various engineering, science, finance, and economics fields. The skilled engineer/professional ratio stands at over 80%, and the attrition rate for FY26 was a low 2.76%.
