RITES Limited has announced its financial results for the fiscal year 2025-26, marking a significant phase of resilient execution and broad-based growth. The company posted a consolidated total revenue of ₹2,525 crore, an increase of 10% compared to the previous year’s ₹2,302 crore. Operating revenue, excluding other income, stood at ₹2,415 crore, up from ₹2,196 crore in FY25.
Profitability and Operational Highlights
Profit After Tax (PAT) for the year rose by 7.3% to ₹454 crore, compared to ₹424 crore in FY25. This growth reflects improved execution, a more favorable revenue mix, and sustained operational discipline. EBITDA also saw an improvement, reaching ₹568 crore, with margins remaining healthy at 23.5%.
Record Order Book
The company concluded the year with its highest-ever order book of ₹9,416 crore as of March 31, 2026, underscoring continued client trust and a strong ‘one order a day’ momentum. The robust order pipeline, coupled with a diversified business model and strategic partnerships, positions RITES for sustained growth in the years ahead.
