RBL Bank announced significant changes to its executive leadership effective February 21, 2026. Mr. Rajeev Ahuja has retired as Executive Director. Mr. Jaideep Iyer has assumed charge as the new Whole-time Director (Executive Director) for a three-year term ending February 20, 2029. Additionally, the Board approved the updated list of Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) authorized for disclosures.
Executive Leadership Transition
Following the conclusion of his tenure, Mr. Rajeev Ahuja ceased to be the Executive Director and Key Managerial Personnel of RBL Bank effective at the close of business on February 20, 2026.
Effective immediately on February 21, 2026, Mr. Jaideep Iyer has taken over as the Whole-time Director, designated as Executive Director, and appointed as a Key Managerial Personnel. Mr. Iyer’s appointment has been approved by the Reserve Bank of India and shareholders for a period of three years, running from February 21, 2026, until February 20, 2029.

The Board of Directors formally approved the names of the KMP authorized to handle disclosures under the relevant regulations, effective February 21, 2026. The designated officials and their authorized contact points are detailed below:

Updates to Disclosure Codes
In compliance with regulatory requirements, the Board reviewed and approved amendments to the internal “Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information”. These amendments are also effective from February 21, 2026. The revised code has been made publicly available on the Bank’s official website.
