Resignation and Transition Period
The Board also formally accepted the resignation of Mr. Sahil Sharma from his role as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and Senior Management Personnel (SMP). Mr. Sharma’s last day in office will be the close of business hours on August 24, 2026. To ensure a seamless and effective transition, Mr. Sharma has agreed to continue his association with the Company until October 8, 2026.

Ms. Shobana Kailash brings over 25 years of extensive experience in human resources leadership across global organizations. Her expertise spans various sectors, including technology, SaaS, financial services, and life sciences. She has held senior positions at prominent companies such as Hubilo, Freshworks, Amazon, Fidelity Investments, and IQVIA. Ms. Kailash holds an Executive MBA from IIM Calcutta and possesses a strong track record in HR strategy, organizational transformation, talent management, and leadership development.
