The Board also proposed a dividend of ₹0.20 per share (10% on the paid-up value of ₹2) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, which will be considered for declaration by the shareholders at the ensuing 32nd AGM. Mr. Gopikrishnan Madanagopal has been appointed as the Scrutiniser for the electronic voting process at the AGM.

The Board reviewed and approved the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Limited Audit Review Report from the Statutory Auditors dated August 14, 2026, was also noted. Non-Independent Director Mrs. Payal Jain will be retiring by rotation and will seek re-election at the 32nd AGM. The proposal for the appointment of a Secretarial Auditor for the ensuing 32nd AGM was also approved.
