Profit after tax (PAT) saw a 9% rise to ₹186.61 lakhs. The company’s strategic ‘Raminfo 2.0’ initiative is driving growth, with expansions into renewable energy and AI-powered solutions, positioning it for future expansion.

Strong Financial Performance in FY2025-26

Raminfo Limited has disclosed its financial results for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, highlighting significant growth and a positive trajectory. The company reported a substantial increase in standalone revenue from operations, reaching ₹4,134.48 lakhs, a notable rise from ₹2,058.84 lakhs in the previous year. This performance underscores the company’s successful strategic recalibration and operational resilience amidst challenging macroeconomic conditions.

Profitability and Key Initiatives

Profit After Tax (PAT) for the standalone operations stood at ₹186.60 lakhs, reflecting a 9% increase compared to ₹171.06 lakhs in FY 2024–25. On a consolidated basis, PAT was ₹177.50 lakhs. The company’s strategic shift under the “Raminfo 2.0” initiative, focusing on high-value, margin-accretive projects, strengthening cash flow management, and enhancing financial sustainability, has evidently contributed to this improved financial health.

Strategic Diversification and Future Outlook

Raminfo Limited has made significant strides in diversifying its business. The company entered the renewable energy domain with a ₹474 crore rooftop solar project awarded by Rajasthan Renewable Energy Corporation Limited (RRECL). Additionally, it secured a ₹14.14 crore project from the Directorate of Information Technology, Government of Tripura, for a citizen-centric services platform. These developments signal Raminfo’s commitment to expanding into emerging areas like AI-enabled governance and smart energy solutions, aiming for long-term value creation and operational scalability.
