Mr. Crean brings a wealth of international experience, having spent 35 years at Mars, Incorporated, where he ultimately served as Vice President of Corporate R&D and Chief Science Officer. Throughout his career, he has led significant product innovation, spearheaded the launch of over 70 products, and established global technology research platforms. His professional background includes a BA (Hons) Degree in Applied Biology from Liverpool Polytechnic.

Since his retirement from Mars in 2021, Mr. Crean has maintained a highly active role in the industry. He currently serves as the Founder and Director of STRIDE Food R&D Consultancy Limited and holds board positions and advisory roles at several organizations, including Tata Consumer Products Limited, The March Group, and Oatly. His deep expertise in food safety and corporate governance is expected to provide valuable strategic guidance to Rallis India Limited.
