Operational Milestones

The company continues to scale its operations, operating a network of 24 hospitals and 5 clinics across 9 cities. Operational KPIs demonstrate strong momentum: IP discharges grew by 18% YoY, and outpatient consultations rose by 19% YoY in Q4 FY26. Furthermore, the number of deliveries saw a 22% YoY increase, totaling 5,138 for the quarter. These results underscore the effectiveness of the company’s hub-and-spoke model in optimizing patient care delivery at scale.

Strategic Expansion and Infrastructure

The fiscal year saw key infrastructure additions, most notably the commencement of a 60-bed hospital at HRBR, Bengaluru, and a dedicated IVF center at Mahadevapura. With these additions, Rainbow has solidified its position as the largest provider of pediatric and perinatal care in Bengaluru. The company’s long-term growth strategy is supported by a clear roadmap, with plans to add 580 beds in FY 27-28 and 230 beds in FY 28-29, expanding its footprint into regions including the National Capital Region (NCR), Tamil Nadu, and Pune.
