The company will host its 28th Annual General Meeting on July 29, 2026, via video conferencing and other audio-visual means. For the purpose of determining shareholder eligibility for the dividend and participation in the meeting, the company has set July 21, 2026, as the Record Date.
Leadership Re-appointments
The Board has approved the following leadership continuity plan for the next five years, effective August 11, 2026, to August 10, 2031:
- Dr. Ramesh Kancharla: Re-appointed as Chairman and Managing Director.
- Dr. Dinesh Kumar Chirla: Re-appointed as Whole Time Director.
Additionally, the Board has approved the second term of re-appointment for Independent Directors Mr. Santanu Mukherjee (effective October 22, 2026) and Ms. Sundari R. Pisupati (effective September 16, 2026), both for five-year tenures.
Appointment of Cost Auditors
To ensure robust financial oversight, the company has re-appointed M/s. Lavanya & Associates LLP as the Cost Auditors for the financial year 2026-27, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee.
