Radico Khaitan Limited has announced its audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The company reported strong growth, with annual consolidated revenue reaching ₹20,988.24 lakh and a consolidated net profit of ₹60,447.86 lakh. Reflecting this robust performance, the Board has recommended a final dividend of 450%, amounting to ₹9 per equity share, subject to approval at the upcoming 42nd Annual General Meeting.

Fiscal Year 2026 Financial Performance

For the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, Radico Khaitan demonstrated significant financial progress. The company achieved a standalone revenue of ₹2,099,183.01 lakh and a net profit of ₹60,254.36 lakh. On a consolidated basis, which includes the performance of its subsidiaries and joint ventures, the annual revenue stood at ₹2,098,823.04 lakh with a consolidated net profit of ₹60,447.86 lakh. These figures represent a strong year of growth for the organization.

Dividend and Shareholder Returns

Recognizing the company’s strong profitability, the Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of 450% for the financial year 2025-26. This translates to ₹9 per equity share (on a face value of ₹2 each). The payment is subject to the approval of shareholders at the 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM), which is scheduled for August 7, 2026. Shareholders appearing on the register as of July 24, 2026, will be eligible for the dividend payout.

Strategic Developments

During the fiscal year, Radico Khaitan continued its strategic expansion by acquiring a 47.5% equity stake in both D’YAVOL Spirits B.V. and D’YAVOL Spirits Private Limited. Additionally, the company has progressed with its ESOP schemes, granting 80,000 stock options during the year. Furthermore, the company is moving forward with an amalgamation scheme to consolidate its various wholly-owned subsidiaries into the parent entity, subject to necessary regulatory clearances.

Auditor Re-appointment

Following the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board has proposed the re-appointment of Walker Chandiok & Co. LLP as the Statutory Auditors for a second term of five consecutive years. This re-appointment will span from the conclusion of the upcoming 42nd AGM until the conclusion of the 47th AGM of the Company.
