Puravankara Limited has announced that its subsidiary, Starworth Infrastructure & Construction Limited (SICL), has received a Letter of Intent to undertake construction works for the Westin Hotel located in the EPIP Area of Whitefield, Bengaluru. This project adds to the subsidiary’s portfolio of high-value developments and highlights its growing footprint in the commercial and hospitality construction sector.

Contract Details and Scope

The contract is valued at ₹57,80,52,217, exclusive of applicable taxes and levies. Under the terms of this item rate contract, SICL will be responsible for the execution of civil and structural works, waterproofing, and other allied construction services required for the hotel development. The project site is strategically situated adjacent to the Kundalahalli Metro Station, ensuring significant logistical accessibility.

Execution Timeline

The company has committed to a project delivery timeline of 20 months. As a wholly owned subsidiary of Puravankara Limited, SICL remains a key entity for executing third-party construction mandates. The management confirmed that there is no promoter group interest in the awarding entity, and the contract has been established on an arm’s length basis.
