The company reported a 6.5% year-on-year increase in revenue from operations, reaching ₹7,073.12 lakh, up from ₹6,642.18 lakh in the previous year. Total income also saw a similar rise to ₹7,122.35 lakh. However, profitability moderated, with Profit Before Tax standing at ₹109.73 lakh and Profit After Tax at ₹85.67 lakh.

Promax Power Limited has presented its Annual Report for the fiscal year 2025-26, highlighting a year of operational growth and strategic transformation. The company achieved its highest-ever revenue from operations, amounting to ₹7,073.12 lakh, marking a 6.5% increase compared to ₹6,642.18 lakh in FY 2024-25. Total income rose to ₹7,122.35 lakh from ₹6,680.84 lakh in the prior year.

Profitability Moderates Amidst Growth

Despite the revenue growth, profitability experienced a moderation. Profit Before Tax for FY 2025-26 stood at ₹109.73 lakh, a decrease from ₹312.80 lakh in the previous year. Similarly, Profit After Tax was ₹85.67 lakh, down from ₹234.26 lakh in FY 2024-25. This decline in profitability is attributed to an increase in operating and project-related costs relative to revenue growth.

Strategic Priorities and Future Outlook

The company is focused on strengthening its core EPC business while expanding into renewable energy generation, energy storage, and EV-charging infrastructure. Key strategic priorities include developing solar power projects, exploring battery energy storage systems, and enhancing clean-energy supply solutions. Promax Power aims to become an integrated energy and infrastructure solutions provider, with a looking forward to sustainable and profitable growth, supported by disciplined order acquisition and efficient operations.

The report also details several key appointments and reappointments. Mr. Vishal Bhardwaj has been reappointed as the Managing Director for a period of 5 years. Ms. Shweta Bhardwaj is proposed for reappointment as a Director. Mr. Sanjay Kumar is proposed for reappointment as an Independent Director for a second term of 5 years. M/s. Manish Jain & Associates have been appointed as Statutory Auditors, and M/s. Prachi Lad & Associates as Secretarial Auditors.
