Mohit Pradhan’s Profile
Mr. Mohit Pradhan brings over two decades of invaluable experience from Procter & Gamble. His career has been marked by leadership in growth, transformation, and operational excellence across diverse markets including Asia-Pacific, India, the Middle East, and Africa. He has held numerous senior positions, encompassing general management, commercial strategy, sales leadership, go-to-market strategy, and customer development. Most recently, Mr. Pradhan served as Vice President and General Manager for P&G Indonesia, overseeing business performance, growth initiatives, organizational capabilities, and stakeholder partnerships. He holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and an engineering degree from the Marine Engineering & Research Institute Kolkata.
Transition of Leadership
Mr. Pradhan will be succeeding Mr. Girish Kalyanaraman in this role. Mr. Kalyanaraman’s position at P&G is set to change effective July 1, 2026. A separate letter from Mr. Kalyanaraman detailing his transition has been enclosed with this announcement.
Girish Kalyanaraman’s Statement
In a separate statement, Mr. Girish Kalyanaraman confirmed his change in assignment at P&G, effective July 1, 2026. He noted that he will no longer serve as the category leader for the feminine hygiene business. Consequently, he will depart from Procter & Gamble Hygiene and Health Care Limited’s senior management team at the close of business hours on June 30, 2026. He extended his best wishes for the company’s continued success.
