Pricol: Q1 FY27 Revenue Jumps 23.46% to ₹1,083.58 Crores

Pricol Limited reported a robust 23.46% year-over-year growth in revenue from operations for the first quarter of FY27, reaching INR 1,083.58 Crores. The company also saw a substantial increase in Profit After Tax (PAT), which grew by 34.34% to INR 67.02 Crores. Despite profitability pressures from rising costs, Pricol highlighted strategic initiatives and an improving operating environment.

Pricol Reports Strong Q1 FY27 Performance

Pricol Limited has announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, showcasing significant year-over-year growth. The company’s Revenue From Operations for Q1-FY27 stood at INR 1,083.58 Crores, marking a notable increase of 23.46% compared to the same quarter in the previous fiscal year (Q1-FY26).

Key Financial Highlights

The company also reported substantial growth in its profitability metrics. EBITDA for the quarter was INR 123.69 Crores, a rise of 21.42% year-over-year, with an EBITDA margin of 11.41%. The Profit After Tax (PAT) saw a significant jump of 34.34%, reaching INR 67.02 Crores. Consequently, the Earnings Per Share (EPS) basic and diluted increased by 34.47% to INR 5.50.

Business Achievements and Management Commentary

In addition to its financial performance, Pricol received the “Best Localisation Through VA-VE” Award from Suzuki Motorcycle India and the “Winner Award – Champions of ESG FY27” by Ashok Leyland, recognizing its commitment to innovation and sustainability.

Mr. Vikram Mohan, Chairman & Managing Director, commented on the results, stating, “While the Company continued to deliver positive growth, profitability remained under pressure during the period. The increase in raw material prices, inventory holding costs and freight expenses, together with the depreciation of the Indian rupee, adversely impacted margins.” He added that cost-optimisation and pricing interventions are being implemented, with pressures expected to continue in the near term due to a volatile operating environment. Pricol remains focused on business continuity, cost discipline, operational efficiency, and strategic investments in innovation and manufacturing capabilities.
