The apartments are available in 1, 2, and 3-bedroom configurations, with saleable areas ranging from 641 sq ft to 1,827 sq ft. The total saleable area for the project is estimated at 1.38 million sq ft, with a Gross Development Value projected at ₹1,330 crore.
