Prestige Golden Grove is a major residential initiative located in Tellapur. The project is designed to feature approximately 5,120 units distributed across 10 towers. Spanning a vast area of ~29 acres, the project holds an estimated gross development value (GDV) of ~₹9,500 crore, reflecting its importance in the company’s growth strategy.

Mr. Zayd Noaman, Executive Director of Prestige Group, noted that the project’s success is a testament to the demand for quality construction and modern lifestyle amenities. He emphasized that the company remains committed to expanding its footprint in Hyderabad, a market bolstered by robust infrastructure development and a growing employment ecosystem. As of December 2025, the Prestige Group has successfully delivered 313 projects across India, with a current pipeline of 128 projects spanning 195 million square feet.
