Polycab India Limited Strongest Quarterly and Annual Financial Performance in FY26

Polycab India Limited has reported its strongest financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The company achieved a consolidated revenue of ₹88,645 million in Q4 FY26, representing a 27% YoY growth. For the full fiscal year FY26, revenues surged to ₹2,88,838 million. This growth was driven by consistent performance across Wires & Cables and FMEG businesses, while maintaining robust profit margins and strategic market share gains.

Financial Highlights of FY26

Polycab concluded the fiscal year with remarkable financial metrics. The annual revenue crossed the ₹285 billion mark, reflecting a 29% YoY growth compared to the previous year. Profitability also saw significant expansion, with annual PAT (Profit After Tax) reaching ₹27,084 million, marking a 32% YoY increase. The company’s EBITDA for the year stood at ₹40,057 million, showing a robust 35% growth year-over-year.

Segment Performance

The Wires & Cables business remained a key driver of growth, registering 30% YoY revenue growth for the quarter. This performance was supported by the successful execution of Project Spring, which enabled the company to capture approximately 4% additional market share in the domestic organized sector. Meanwhile, the FMEG business reported an all-time high annual revenue of ₹20,693 million, a 25% increase, with solar products emerging as the largest category within the portfolio.

Strategic Growth and Outlook

Polycab continues to expand its global footprint, now present in 94 countries after adding 10 new geographies during the year. The company’s focus on reinvesting cash flows into the business saw Capex rise to ₹14.8 billion in FY26. Furthermore, the company demonstrated a strong commitment to shareholder value, with a proposed dividend payout of ₹47 per share, reflecting a dividend payout ratio of 27.2%. The management remains focused on mid-to-long-term goals, including achieving EBITDA margins of 8–10% for the FMEG segment by FY30.
