PNC Infratech Limited Emerges as L1 Bidder for Two NHAI Highway Projects

PNC Infratech Limited has been declared the First Lowest (L1) bidder by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for two major HAM-based highway projects. The aggregate value for these infrastructure developments stands at Rs. 3,483.00 crore, excluding GST. These projects represent a significant expansion of the company’s order book, with both developments located in Uttar Pradesh, focusing on the enhancement of highway connectivity on NH-927.

Project Details and Valuation

PNC Infratech Limited has successfully emerged as the preferred bidder for two separate highway packages. The total aggregate cost for these projects is Rs. 3,483.00 crore. The financial bids for these tenders were officially opened on April 21, 2026.

Breakdown of Highway Developments

The projects are categorized into two major packages along NH-927 in Uttar Pradesh:

  • Package I: Construction of a 4-lane highway from Barabanki (Design Chainage 0+000) to Mustafabad (Design Chainage 43+030), with a quoted Bid Project Cost (BPC) of Rs. 1,728.00 crore.
  • Package II: Construction of a 4-lane highway from Mustafabad (Design Chainage 43+030) to Biswariya (Design Chainage 101+515), with a quoted BPC of Rs. 1,755.00 crore.

Execution Timeline

Both highway projects are being executed under the HAM (Hybrid Annuity Model). According to the company’s disclosure, the stipulated time period for the completion of both projects is 24 months each. This development marks a substantial addition to the company’s execution pipeline, reinforcing its focus on high-value infrastructure projects in Northern India.
