These projects, valued at an aggregate Bid Project Cost of ₹3,483 crore, involve the development of four-lane highways in Uttar Pradesh. Both projects are expected to be completed within 24 months, strengthening the company’s order book and expanding its infrastructure footprint in the region.

Expanding Highway Infrastructure

PNC Infratech Limited has received Letters of Acceptance for two major highway projects located in Uttar Pradesh. These developments are set to be executed under the Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM), reflecting the company’s continued focus on building essential transport infrastructure across the country. The total value of the projects amounts to ₹3,483 crore, excluding GST, representing a significant addition to the company’s current project portfolio.

Project Breakdown and Scope

The two projects focus on the development of four-lane highways on the NH-927 corridor:

  • Project I: Construction from Barabanki to Mustafabad, with an accepted Bid Project Cost of ₹1,728 crore.
  • Project II: Construction from Mustafabad to Biswariya, with an accepted Bid Project Cost of ₹1,755 crore.

Execution Timeline

The company has committed to a strict execution timeline for these infrastructure assets. Both projects are slated for completion within 24 months from the date of commencement. By securing these contracts, PNC Infratech reinforces its capacity to deliver large-scale road connectivity projects efficiently within the specified contractual timeframes.
