Punjab National Bank (PNB) has announced changes in its senior management, effective December 1, 2025. Shri Pratap Keshari Mallick has been appointed as the Group Chief Risk Officer. Additionally, Shri Surindar Pal Singh has been elevated to Chief General Manager, retaining his role in the BA & RM Division, Head Office.
Appointment of Group Chief Risk Officer
Effective December 1, 2025, Shri Pratap Keshari Mallick has been appointed as the Group Chief Risk Officer (GCRO) at Punjab National Bank (PNB). Previously, he served as General Manager, Integrated Risk Management Division, Head Office. He has over 19 years of banking experience.
Elevation in Designation
Shri Surindar Pal Singh has been promoted to Chief General Manager, effective December 1, 2025. He retains his responsibilities within the BA & RM Division, Head Office. Shri Singh brings over 23 years of banking experience to his elevated role.
Retirement Announcement
Shri Sanjay Varshneya, the Chief General Manager, Financial Inclusion Division, Head Office, will be retiring from the bank due to superannuation.
