Pidilite Industries Strong Q4 FY26 Performance with 15.3% Revenue Growth

Pidilite Industries Limited reported robust financial results for the quarter ending March 31, 2026. The company achieved standalone net sales of ₹3,272 crore, representing a 15.3% growth driven by strong underlying volume growth (UVG). Profit after tax stood at ₹547 crore, a 22.8% increase over the previous year. Consequently, the company has proposed a final dividend of ₹11.5 per share for its shareholders.

Financial Highlights for Q4 FY26

Pidilite Industries delivered an impressive performance in the final quarter of FY26. On a standalone basis, the company reported revenue of ₹3,272 crore, up 15.3%, matching its 15.3% underlying volume growth (UVG). The EBITDA margin saw a significant improvement, rising by 280 basis points compared to the same quarter last year, reaching 23.4%. The profit after tax for the quarter reached ₹547 crore, reflecting a year-on-year growth of 22.8%.

Segment-Wise Performance

The Consumer & Bazaar (C&B) segment remained a key growth driver, reporting a revenue increase of 15.9% with a 15.4% UVG. The Business to Business (B2B) segment also showed resilience, with a 9.3% revenue growth and an 18.3% EBIT margin for the full fiscal year. Despite external challenges in the export market, the project business maintained steady momentum throughout the period.

Strategic Outlook

Managing Director Mr. Sudhanshu Vats attributed the results to the strength of the brand and disciplined execution. Looking ahead, the company expects domestic demand to remain resilient. The strategic focus continues to be on profitable, volume-led growth through sustained investments in innovation, brand building, and supply chain efficiency to mitigate risks from external market volatility and input cost fluctuations.
