For the financial year ended March 31, 2026, PI Industries reported consolidated revenue from operations of ₹67,137 million, compared to ₹79,778 million in the previous year. The consolidated profit for the period stood at ₹13,208 million. On a standalone basis, the company achieved revenue of ₹61,827 million and a profit of ₹14,348 million for the same period.

Dividend Recommendation

Demonstrating its commitment to shareholder value, the Board has recommended a final dividend of ₹10 per equity share (1000% of the face value of Re. 1). When combined with the interim dividend of ₹5 per share already paid, the total dividend payout for the financial year 2025-26 reaches ₹15 per equity share. The final dividend is subject to approval by members at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.

Leadership and Governance Changes

The company announced several key leadership transitions: Dr. Atul Kumar Gupta has been appointed as an Additional Director and Whole-time Director for a three-year term. Mr. Rajnish Sarna has resigned as Joint Managing Director to focus on his health and will continue as a Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director. Additionally, Ms. Lisa J Brown has been designated as the Lead Independent Director.

In a move to strengthen its scientific and research capabilities, Dr. Marco Busch, Global Chief Scientific Officer for PI AgSciences, has been designated as Senior Management Personnel.
