Persistent Systems Robust FY26 Performance Driven by 17.4% Revenue Growth

Persistent Systems has announced its financial results for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, reporting a strong annual revenue of $1,654.4 million, representing a 17.4% year-on-year growth. The company achieved an EBIT margin of 15.6% and declared a full-year dividend of ₹40 per share. Q4 FY26 also saw notable momentum, with revenue reaching $436.0 million and an order booking of $600.8 million in Total Contract Value (TCV).

Annual Financial Highlights

For the financial year 2025-26, Persistent Systems demonstrated significant growth across its key performance indicators. The company reported a total revenue of $1,654.4 million, a 17.4% increase compared to the previous year. Profit After Tax (PAT) reached INR 18,651.2 million, marking a substantial 33.2% year-on-year growth. The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹18 per share, bringing the total dividend for the year to ₹40 per share.

Quarterly Performance and Order Book

During the final quarter (January–March 2026), the company sustained its growth trajectory with a 3.2% quarter-on-quarter revenue increase to $436.0 million. The quarter was characterized by a healthy order book, securing $600.8 million in Total Contract Value (TCV) and $445.1 million in Annual Contract Value (ACV). This period marked the 24th consecutive quarter of growth for the firm.

Persistent continued to expand its footprint in AI-led digital engineering. Key wins included major projects with global industrial leaders, U.S. telecom providers, and financial institutions in the Nordics and Australia, focusing on cloud modernization, AI-enabled risk intelligence, and payments transformation. Furthermore, the company strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Ruchi Kulhari as EVP – Enterprise Strategy & Execution and Hari S. Abhyankar as EVP and Global Head of Private Equity and Professional Services.
