The company’s Profit After Tax (PAT) saw a significant jump of 24.5%, reaching ₹93.5 crore, compared to ₹75.1 crore recorded in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year (Q1 FY26). This improved profitability reflects enhanced operating performance and a continued focus on cost discipline.
Revenue Growth and Order Book Strength
On a consolidated basis, Patel Engineering’s revenue for Q1 FY27 stood at ₹1,281 crore, representing a year-on-year growth of approximately 4%. The company highlighted a healthy and diversified order book totaling ₹14,636 crore as of June 30, 2026. Key segments within the order book include Hydropower (62%), Irrigation (17%), Tunneling (4%), and Roads & Urban Infrastructure (17%).
Future Opportunities and Pipeline
Looking ahead, Patel Engineering is actively pursuing a substantial pipeline of opportunities. The company has approximately ₹9,000 crore of bids under evaluation and has identified a near-term opportunity pipeline of around ₹60,000 crore. Management expressed confidence in achieving approximately 10% revenue growth in FY27, with a significant portion expected in the second half of the financial year.
